SEAFORTH SUMMERFEST
Seaforth is hosting yet another AMAZING Summerfest this weekend. If your looking for a FREE event to get out and enjoy for the whole family, THIS IS IT. They shut down the street from 12pm to 5pm on Saturday July 22nd, 2023. Previously this event was held on a Friday so changing the date this year gives a lot more time for the activities to run which is awesome.
My family loved it last year. It is so nice to come out and see so many local faces having fun together.
They have lots to do such as bouncing in the multiple inflatables, get your face painted, enjoy the petting zoo, or just sit and relax while listening to some local artists play music.
If your hungry there are local restaurants, and food trucks to satisfy any craving.
Last year they had someone serving cotton candy, freezies and many other goodies for the kiddos.
SIX STRING OUTDOOR CONCERT
If your looking for some awesome LIVE music in Seaforth then this is the event for you.

This concert will be opened by Mary Paige St. Onge Band and headlined by Mildmay, Ontario famous OWEN RIEGLING! How cool is that. If you don’t know, Owen is local and down to earth. I actually saw him last year playing at a friends house and now he’s the winner of the 2022 Emerging Artists Showcase at the Canadian country music mega-fest Boots & Hearts and he just got his first record deal!
Seaforth his lucky to have this star in town!
There will also be a live auction, food and other fun throughout the night.
The best part is Six String Concert is a fundraiser that raises funds to support the Tanner Steffler Foundation to implement mental health and addiction initiatives within Huron County. This helps youth ages 12-29 and their families, while also raising funds to help support long term goals of a youth residential mental health & addiction facility and wellness centre.

VAN EGMOND HOUSE MUSEUM SUMMER BREAKFAST
Since there isn’t a delicious Huron County Firefighter’s Breakfast this weekend why not fill your belly at the Van Egmond House Museum Summer Breakfast instead!
Come out on Sunday July 23rd from 8am-1pm for a yummy breakfast.
This is a rain or shine event. There will be local country music playing as well.

GODERICH DOWNTOWN DAYS
Goderich will be busy with the Goderich Downtown days. Everything from local vendors, sales around the local business and the 25th Anniversary of the Memories Now and Then Car Show.
